This class introduces students to the basic concepts and poses of the Ashtanga Yoga Series in a gentle, safe, and effective way. An introduction to the sun salutations, standing poses, and some seated postures.
This is a dynamic, vigorous, and flowing blend of poses. Every class will be a different sequencing of asanas, but you can be sure it will be challenging, sweat-inducing and include a little bit of laughter. The level of intensity, speed of flow and volume music played depends on the style of the teacher.

In this class participants will engage in traditional Yoga poses while focusing on synchronized breathing techniques. Poses flow and run together smoothly. Inhale... exhale... repeat.
A series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90 minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.
